How easy is it to setup and use?: Setting up the Starlink satellite system is a straightforward process that can be completed in just a few minutes.
Unboxing: Begin by unpacking the components from the box.
Cable Connection: Ensure that the cable is correctly connected to the dish.
Mounting the Dish: Insert the dish into the stand. Be cautious not to attempt to move the dish manually, as it is motorized.
Cable Connections: Connect the other end of the dish cable to both the modem and the power source.
Placement: Position the dish in an open area away from any obstructions such as trees, buildings etc. If you're uncertain about obstructions, you can use the Starlink app to check for them before proceeding.
Power On: Turn on the device. Please note that it may take approximately 5 minutes for a successful connection to be established with the satellites.
Wireless Network Connection: You can connect to the wireless network using the provided information.
Packing Up: When you're ready to disassemble the system, use the app to stow the Starlink dish before powering it off. After stowing, you can pack it up for storage or transport.

How do you power Starlink satelite internet?: Starlink requires a General Power Outlet (GPO) to power the device. On average it draws 50-75 watts, idles around 20 watts. Peak: 100-240V~ 2.0A 50-60Hz.
How much data is provided?: Starlink provides unlimited data.
Where can you use Starlink?: Starlink may be used anywhere in Australia.
Will Starlink work while moving or on the water?: Speak with us about accessing Starlink Mobility at an additional charge which will give you access to this feature.

What speeds do you receive?: Speed varies on many factors such as location, obstructions etc. Starlink advertise 25 - 100 Mbps download (5-10 Mbps upload), however we can see speed above 200 Mbps download in some cases. Upload is typically around the stated speeds.
